Put the kettle on and join CENSIS for a catch up over a virtual coffee and connect with other companies, researchers and stakeholders working in the same space.

Led by CENSIS Business Development Manager Jim Cockram and System Architect Kevin Power, this coffee break will look visualising data for IoT systems.

Data visualisation is an essential part of an IoT system, taking important data from sensors and presenting it quickly – and securely – on screen. Incorporating different elements such as charts and graphs, data visualisation gives end users a straightforward way to see and understand behaviours, trends and patterns in data and allow quick decisions to be made.

Good data visualisation will show connections within data that could be very complex to explain – after all, a picture paints a thousand words – or make it easier for users to understand more quickly what is being presented, and what actions need to be taken. It allows not only for informed decisions to be made in real time, but can create the foundation for future business and organisational strategy.

A calendar invite that includes the Zoom link to join the discussion will be emailed to all registered participants before the event takes place.

Our virtual coffees are very popular and we often have a waiting list, so if you sign up but can’t make it on the day, please let us know so we can release your place to someone else.
